Stretch & Flex
This class focuses on the development and improvement of the flexibility. In this class we will work on the flexibility of shoulder, back, waist and legs. Flexibility is an important factor in Pole Dance to master some movements and improve your skills. If you practice any other sports, stretching is important as it contributes to relax your muscles and reduce injuries. This class is for everyone that would like to work on their flexibility, there is no experience required.
Structure of the Stretch & Flex class
The class starts with a warm up focused mainly on the areas where we want to stretch. We continue the class by executing multiple stretching exercises with the help of the teacher and some tools. The class ends with a few movements to relax the muscles.
