In these lessons you will learn the techniques to use a spinning pole and to move your body with elegance and fluency when doing pole dance. Specifically, you will learn combinations of motions that flow together with the rotation of the pole. For this lesson it is necessary to have mastered basic pole dance techniques such as climbing and inversions.
Structure of the Pole Dance Fitness class
We start our class with a warming up session, which may consist of cardiovascular exercises for the development of endurance; strength exercises to develop muscles and to become stronger; and stretching sessions to avoid injuries and to stylize movements on the pole. Each of these will be applied with greater or lesser intensity depending on the needs of the group. The warming up lasts approximately 20 minutes.
When the warming up is finished, the learning begins with the training of techniques, exercises
and dance figures on the pole.
We conclude the hour of fun with stretching exercises to wind down and relax the muscles.
