Exotic Pole Dance
In this class we learn simple pole dancing techniques, dance steps and floor work. It is a simpler way of pole dancing, where you mostly use your own creativity. This class is for everyone, if it’s your first time, you will, with a little practice, soon be making smooth dance moves. To participate in this class you will need as essential equipment, in addition to the pole, high heels. Do not be afraid to use them, we’ll teach you how to wear them with elegance and style in a dance. So do not forget to take them, and also bring knee pads, so you can move smoothly on the dance floor. This type of pole dancing also helps to develop self-confidence and self-esteem. Feel elegant, sensual and feminine. It is a perfect way to train.
Structure of the Exotic Pole Dance class
The class begins with a short warm-up to loosen the muscles and prepare them for dancing. This is followed by exercises in which students are asked to work freestyle to determine which dance skills they have and what they need to develop. These exercises also help in the warm-up process, and the students begin to feel comfortable and confident in their abilities.
After the warm-up and a number of exercises, the class starts with a choreography. Every movement is explained step by step and repeated until the student remembers it by heart and has perfected it. In each choreography the student learns to make dance moves to the rhythm of music. When we finish, we do stretching exercises to wind down and relax the muscles. Every two to three weeks you learn a new choreography.
